Dash came to us with the wonderful idea of creating a drink from wonky fruit, but wanted a zero calorie claim. They had done a lot of work around sourcing the wonky fruit, and creating a great tasting extract from it. It was our job to ensure stability across the supply chain in terms of standardizing the taste, create the final recipe using this extract and ensure all regulation and claims were met with the final recipe.
