Hotel Chocolat
We developed these Teaolat’s by creating a bespoke extract, using Hotel Chocolat’s own waste material, the shells that were discarded from the cocoa nut. This lovely woody chocolaty extract is the base for these low calorie, vitamin enriched range of drinks. Liquid Fusion beverage development created the recipe live in our laboratory, sourced all the packaging and identified a contract filler that fitted the specification for processing. We operate the supply chain for Hotel Chocolat, organising all the operational elements to make these drinks to forecast.
